Google Analytics really is a powerful tool for any webmaster to have in their belt.  With Google Analytics, it becomes possible to learn a lot about your website as it helps you to track the behaviors of your users.  Did I mention that Google Analytics is free?  Since having Analytics installed on my websites, I have been able to make changes to certain sites that have helped me to increase the time that visitors stay on the site.  As a byproduct of the insights provided by Google Analytics, I have been able to create a (hopefully) more pleasurable experience to my users and I have also been able to convert a little better with my affiliate links.

Google announced today that they will be rolling out a brand new version of Google Analytics – one that is even more powerful than the current version.  This new version will provide more features to webmasters, including site search traffic information.  This will help out the bigger sites immensely as it will let the owners know what people want.  And knowing is half the battle!
