    Review: Graduate Riche!

I’ve always wondered about real estate speculation and how people go about learning the ropes without losing their shirts. When I saw this opportunity on PayPerPost, I took it as an opportunity to learn about an interesting product while getting paid to write a review.

Graduate Riche, a program of the “Nouveau Riche University” teaches young entrepreneurs how to make money with real estate. Real estate is a gold mine of opportunity, but it requires some knowledge of the system in order to mine it for all it’s worth. With television shows like “Flip That House” (a show on the TLC channel) that show ordinary people buying homes, fixing them up, and selling them for a huge profit to encourage people to jump on the real estate bandwagon, it makes a lot of business sense to start up a program that teaches people how to do these things properly.

    Credibility

I’ll admit that before this opportunity, I had never heard of Nuveau Riche University. The name sounds kind of hokey but after my initial research, I found that it has solid credibility. It has recently been featured on the January 2008 issue of “Your Business At Home” magazine, the Graduate Riche program was reviewed by celebrity financial superstar Suze Ormann and other well regarded investment specialists.

    The Program

By enrolling in this 5-20 day program, you learn by being in “an educational environment that teaches adults the way to CREATE WEALTH using the time-tested, foundational principles adhered to by all higher-education institutions”. At the “university”, you do have the option of taking classes that will help you in your real estate career, classes such as bookkeeping, real estate 101, business financial management, creative acquisition strategies, wholesaling, and other real estate-related classes, it seems as though you would walk away with a solid foundational understanding of how to make money with real estate.

    Conclusion and Cost

If you’ve been interested in real estate investment but don’t know much about it, it seems as though this program could help you get the foundation you need to succeed. The packages aren’t cheap but considering that you get one-on-one advice from real estate investors, you stand to make a lot more money than you spend by attending these classes. A 5-day program costs $6,000, the 10 day program costs $10,000 and the 20 day program will set you back $16,000. However, with just one successful flip you could end up making that in a day.

    I Joined Pay Per Post

    ppplogo

In an effort to explore the many possible money making opportunities that are available online, I have recently signed up and been approved to use Pay Per Post on this blog. This is my first sponsored review for them and is an introduction to Pay Per Post and how it works.

    What is it?

Pay Per Post is a marketplace where advertisers and publishers come together to exchange money for paid reviews. As a publisher, I found this to be a great opportunity to build my “street cred” and increase the earnings of this blog. Immediately after getting my approval to PPP, I logged on to see what opportunities were available to me and was impressed by just how many different kinds of posts I could do on a daily basis. I will definitely be learning about new and exciting technologies out there while at the same time making money by making paid reviews for these sites.

    How do I sign up?

Signing up to PPP is very straightforward, but I will warn you about one requirement: your blog must be at least 90 days old when you register or else they will not approve it.

The first step is to register for the program. You do this by clicking “Get Started!” at the top of the page and then selecting “blogger” from the dropdown list.

    signup

The next step is to fill out some standard information such as your name, date of birth, email address, etc…

    signup2

After receiving the confirmation email from this step, you will able to set up your blog and chose the categories to which it belongs like technology, entertainment, etc… Within a few days, your blog will be approved and you can start earning money by making posts that are made available to you.

    How do I make money?

When you get approved, you will be able to select and write about various different opportunities. When you select one from the list, select “reserve this opportunity” and you will see details about the requirements.

    details

You earn money for each post you make through PPP. Whether you are a new blogger or an established blogger looking for a way to boost your bottom line, Pay Per Post seems to be a good choice. Whether or not this proves to be a long term strategy is yet to be seen, but I’m happy to take the money that’s available to me as I’m a new blogger trying to grow. Opportunities like this help you to gain writing experience, gain exposure, and add credibility to your blog. If you want to make more money, check out payperpost and sign up today!

    Review: TNX.net

Recently I was approached by TNX.net to do a review of their website. I gladly accepted their offer and have spent quite some time researching the company and learning the ins and outs of their service.

TNX.net is a relatively new service that connects advertisers and publishers, and helps in the sale and purchase of text links. Since its inception, TNX.net has had huge success and growth. Boasting nearly 41,000 publishers, TNX.net has sold over 31 million ads as of January 18, 2008.

    TNX.net Features

Working like many other ad brokers like Text Link Ads, TNX.net works by placing ads on a publisher’s site through a special code snippet that has to be installed on the publisher’s site. One of the main differences between TNX.net and other ad brokers is that they sell ads on your pages on a “page-by-page” basis. This is advantageous for the publisher for a couple of reasons.

Firstly, as the publisher, you can command more money from your popular pages. If your blog has 10 pages with a Google PR of 3, you could sell all of those spots and make about $10 per month. The higher your PR and the more pages you have with high PR, the more beneficial it is for you as a publisher.

Secondly, their tracking code automatically detects how many pages you have available for sale. As sited on PublisherSpot, within 2 days of installing the tracking code on their forums, over 500 text links had sold. Their code is solid and seems to work out best if you have lots of pages such as a forum or directory, or if you have a site with really high PR.

In a 10 page scenario, this is the breakdown of payout vs. PR:

    • PR 1: $2.25 per month
    • PR 2: $4.50 per month
    • PR 3: $9.00 per month
    • PR 4: $22.50 per month
    • PR 5: $45.00 per month
    • PR 6: $112.50 per month
    • PR 7: $225.00 per month

Additionally, you can sell up to 4 links per page. Meaning, if you have a page with a PR of 2 and sell 4 ads on 10 pages (40 ads total), you would bring in up to $18 per month.

TNX.net also uses a point system to buy and sell ads rather than using a real currency. Advertisers buy credits called TNX Points. According to the TNX.net website, “There is no minimum amount of points you can purchase, but it is suggested that you buy more points”. This is so that when you purchase ads, it is required for you to have a positive balance in your account for ads to be displayed. TNX Points are rather flexible; that is, once you buy them you can either resell or transfer them to other advertisers free of charges or commissions.

So how much does it cost? For $30, a pretty reasonable startup cost, you can currently purchase 20,000 TNX Points. These 20,000 points can be spent by purchasing advertising in websites ranging from PR0 all the way up to PR5. 20,000 points can get you 20 different backlinks from a website with PR5 and 20,000 backlinks from websites with PR0 for a 30 day period.

    Get Started!

TNX.net is a great place to purchase text links. For as little as $1, you can purchase over 600 links that will last you for 30 days. To be smart and try it out, I would invest about $10 and purchase 10 links on PR3 sites or 4 links on PR4 sites for 30 days. The signup process is simple and free!

I would recommend that anyone interested in advertising their blog to head over to TNX.net and sign up. Advertising prices are currently pretty cheap and you could stand to gain a lot by placing your ads on high PR websites. Additionally, if you want to monetize your site, TNX.net will do it for you quickly and easily; all you have to do is add a small snippet of code on your site and you’ll be ready to earn.

This has been a sponsored review, paid for by TNX.net. Regardless of my affiliation with TNX.net, this review is unbiased and expresses my own opinions, good or bad. If you would like to be reviewed on LearnHow2Earn, get in touch with me through my contact form.

    In case you missed it…

    macbook air 1

For the record, I’m a PC owner. I’ve had PC’s from the start, worked on PC’s, built PC’s, sold PC’s, modified PC’s, and even made an attempt to freeze PC parts to see if they could shatter (answer: I could not shatter those parts). However, in the last few years I have had a growing desire to become a Mac owner. I will switch someday, and I think that someday is a little closer with today’s announced release of Apple’s Macbook Air.

The Macbook Air is “the world’s thinnest PC” with it’s thickest part being THINNER than the current smallest laptop’s THICKEST part. Got that? It’s so small that it fits inside an envelope!

    macbook air specs

Being so small, you would expect this thing to be somewhat limited, right? WRONG! This is a full featured laptop. With an 80GB hard drive, a 13.3” LCD screen with a 1280×800 resolution, built in iSight, 1.6Ghz specially built Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM, built in Wireless N and Bluetooth technology, this laptop packs a punch and has a battery life of around 5 hours!

Available for pre-order today, the Macbook Air will be shipping in approximately 2 weeks.

    Review: TylerCruz.com

tyler cruzTyler Cruz is the blogger at TylerCruz.com, a webmaster blog.  This article is a free review for Tyler Cruz.  If you would like your website reviewed, contact me!

    What is TylerCruz.com?

TylerCruz.com is a blog about making online by an Internet Entrepreneur.  Tyler Cruz, the man behind the curtain, is a “web publisher and entrepreneur” who makes a living by writing on his blog, building websites, and selling advertising on his blogs.  Pretty straight forward and upfront.  In addition to making websites and selling advertisements, Tyler has been mastering the art of making money anyway he can, including by brokering website sales and earning up to $23,000 per sale!Take a look at some of Tyler’s articles to get a feel for his work:

    $150 46-Hour Week Challenge Results

    Slick, Real Slick

Tyler’s website stands out from the crowd the second the page loads up.  Welcomed by a well designed, pleasing, easy to use, fun theme, this blog seems to hit all the right notes from the get-go.  This website, designed by Reality Hosting is very user-friendly and, I think, does a nice job of capturing the essence of the blogger and the website with the logo design.  This website makes me want to read more about posts and makes me wish I had a cool design like that too!On the Up and Up

Like this blog, Tyler’s readership numbers are up, RSS subscribers are up, and income is up.  Unlike this blog, Tyler’s website is actually making him money! J  His main poker website nets him a cool 6 large on a monthly basis, but his blog has started making him over $1,000 per month.  I think that every blogger has something to learn.  Even blogstar John Chow learns something new once in a while, I bet.  With all the “make money online” blogs out there, it is refreshing to find a blogger who tells it how it is, owns up to challenges and makes good on promises.  I see that this blog will be around for a while and look forward to reading it for a long time to come.
